References to http://def.wmo.int
http://def.wmo.int is used as a top level identifer for use in defining Unique Resource Identifiers. An example of such an identifier is http://def.wmo.int/metce/2013 URIs formed using http://def.wmo.int do not need to resolve to URLs. Unresolved identifiers will display this page. These identifiers are used to provide unique labels for name spaces, definitions, requirements and other items that need to be referenced unambiguously.
